Fancy a Sneak Peek?

I was a very naughty girl this weekend. I didn't catch up on blog reading nor emails. Other than chores, grocery shopping, and cooking, I did absolutely nothing...

... other than bead...

I'm about 2/3 done, and everything looks amazing!!! Wanna see?

.... You sure??...

... I mean, if you guys wanted to be kept in suspense, I can wait till everything's done...

... don't want to spoil the surprise or anything like that...

... Well, only if you guys are sure...

... like really, really, sure...

... Ok, I'll post a few...

... But I want to stress that there's still time to close this window...

...........

...........

... just saying...

...........

...........

... FAIR WARNING!!!!!!!...

...........

*giggle*

...........

...........

... here they come!!!...

Oh, that looks so nice! Is beading a project like this fun, or does it get tedious, like French knots do? Either way, I wish you good luck with attaching the rest of the beads! It'll be beautiful!

Ouch ... to beautifull! :-)
How did beading go? Not too annoying? :-)

It looks to me that you'll be ready for SERENGETI!!! LOL!!!

Oh, Joyce. You're adorable! It looks BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to see the whole thing. I mean really, the colors are so vibrant and the beads just add to it without making it look gaudy. Gorgeous!

Gorgeous!! I knew you'd start on the beading! lol Speaking of beading, what do you use to attach the beads? Floss, YLI or Nymo? I can never decide on the best method and that Fairy Moon has a bazillion beads!!

Chinese Mandala is amazing!

Tazzy said...

wow!!! The beading is just gorgeous! As much as I'd love to start one of those mandallas, I'm rather intimidated by the beading. *laughs*

Abbybeth said...

oh it's so gorgeous! You're making me really want to buy this chart ... I know it may not be released outside of the group and my window is closing. I'm so inimidated at the thought of the speciality stitches, but the finished (well, almost finished) product is so far beyond stunning. I fell in love with China when I visited for work a few years ago and this piece is just screaming to me!
