Chinese Garden Mandala - Pt. 3

Part 3 is finished!! The North Moongate gives us a glimpse of the mountain landscapes, and oh, it was fun, fun, fun with all the specialty stitches. :D

To date: Parts 1-3

Now, back to Petal Fairy. Both Part 4 of Chinese Mandala and Part 3 of Spring Knotgarden are due out July 1st... maybe I'll have her finished by then? ;) Oh.... did I mention that I'm thinking of stitching Fern? ;)

Comments

Oh, it looks really cool so far! These projects seem like they'd be fun to take part in.

Love it, Joyce!!!!! You finished before me :) It looks fantastic! Are you going to stitch the other three gates?

Rachel, it's cos you spent today with your BFF whilst I hermitted myself away, hehehehe. No, I think I'm going to wait to stitch the other gates when those parts come out. :)
What a lovely gate it would be great just on it's own. Fern is pretty too, how many of the Fairies have you got/done?

Wow - I love the feeling that I am "sneaking a peek" at the fantastic landscape through someone's stone gate. Wonderful!

It's totally stunning! Too bad the next part will be out on july only :(
Fern is a beauty!
Ferns really quick, I've stitched her, you could slip her in before july I'm sure!! I used bugle beads to give a really interesting fringe to her shawl. BUT can you resist stitching all the other moon gates without their landscapes on CM!!??

Kim... Fern.... I don't know. LOL!!! I think about these things for a long while.

Charlie, I'm going to have to remember about the bugle beads. Yeah, I can wait on the other moongates, since Petal is getting some love. ;)
